• White paper plate

• Black construction paper

• Red construction paper or ribbon

• Snowflake stickers

• Craft stick

• Red paint or marker

• Scissors

• Cut out the middle of the paper plate

• Cut out a hat from the black construction paper

• Cut out a red strip to place on the hat
