Emotions Dice is a great way to teach your children to recognize their emotions through play.
Throw the dice (or let your child throw the dice) and call out the emotion it lands on. Let your child mimic the face that belongs to that emotion. For more advanced play, let your child name the emotion as well.
What you’ll need:
Cardboard or thick paper
Pen or markers
Glue or tape
3 Easy Steps:
Cut out the cardboard or thick paper into a cross shape
Fold into a cube
Draw faces depicting different emotions on each side
