DIY – Homemade Fruit Roll Up

An easy, delicious, and healthy homemade version of the popular fruit snack.



What You’ll Need:

  • Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blue berries, etc)

  • Sugar (optional)

  • Baking sheet

  • Blender/food processor

  • Baking mat

  • Parchment paper

Easy Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper (line up the sides as well)

  • Puree your fruit in a blender until smooth

  • Add sugar or sweetener (optional)

  • Pour pureed fruit on the cookie sheet about 1/8 inch thick

  • Bake 6-8 hours

  • Remove parchment paper from baking sheet and let cool on drying rack

  • Once cool, flip over and remove parchment paper

  • Cut into strips, roll, and seal in a bag or container. Store in fridge.
