An easy, delicious, and healthy homemade version of the popular fruit snack.
What You’ll Need:
Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blue berries, etc)
Sugar (optional)
Baking sheet
Blender/food processor
Baking mat
Parchment paper
Easy Steps:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper (line up the sides as well)
Puree your fruit in a blender until smooth
Add sugar or sweetener (optional)
Pour pureed fruit on the cookie sheet about 1/8 inch thick
Bake 6-8 hours
Remove parchment paper from baking sheet and let cool on drying rack
Once cool, flip over and remove parchment paper
Cut into strips, roll, and seal in a bag or container. Store in fridge.
