Big bowl
Cornstarch (around 16 ounces)
Conditioner (or lotion)
1 Easy Step:
Add 1 bag cornstarch (around 16 ounces) and 1 cup conditioner and mix (you want the consistency to not be sticky but still let you form snow balls)
Place in a bin for play and safekeeping!
