Have your little ones create fun and simple bird feeder to hang outside. They will have a blast watching the birds eat and enjoy what they made!
What you’ll need:
Toilet paper roll
Peanut butter
2 branches
Bird seeds
Yarn/string
Easy Steps:
Poke 4 even holes at the bottom of your toilet paper roll ensuring each of the 2 holes are across each other
Poke 2 holes on either side at the top
Cover the roll with peanut butter, making sure to leave the holes clear
Dip the roll in bird seeds all around covering it entirely
Weave the yarn/string through the top 2 holes and tie a loop at the top (this is to hang on your tree!)
Insert the two sticks diagonally (see image). This is for the birds to be able to comfortably perch
Hang on your tree and watch the bird enjoy their treat!
