What you’ll need:
Babyfirst printable (optional)
Card stock
Thread
Paper
Markers, crayons, paints, etc
Scissors
Glue
Tissue paper
Stapler
Easy Steps:

Let your little ones decorate the card stock with markers, crayons, paints, etc
Glue your babyfirst characters around your child’s drawings (optional)
Fold the card stock into a tube and secure with a stapler
Punch 2 holes at the top of your tube and insert the thread, tying in a knot
Glue or staple strips of colorful tissue paper at the bottom of your card stock
Hang on a tree and watch it sway beautifully in the wind!
