What you’ll need:
Markers/crayons
Scissors
Heart shaped hole-puncher (optional)
Glue
2 red card stock papers
Pink/Purple/White card stock paper
Easy Steps:

Fold your red card stock paper in half and, using your scissors, make 2 slits about 1” in length along the center (folded part) of the card, about 1-1/2” apart
Fold down and bend the red card stock along the slit you cut
Flip the folded piece of paper so it sticks out in the card
Glue this paper on to a full red sheet of card stock
Cut out GooGoo and GaaGaa in color or color them in using your markers/crayons
Add glue on the pop out section of the card and attach GooGoo and GaaGaa
Using the pink/purple/white card stock, punch out or cut out hearts and glue sporadically around the card
